Breanna Dick is a Registered Social Worker and graduated from the University of Calgary with her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2009. Since then, she has worked

in the Westman area as a Social Worker for Child and Family Services and has vast experience working with children, youth, adults and families. For the last ten years, Bre has worked intensively with youth and adults in the community, supporting them in reaching their life goals, successful independence, aspirations for positive change and navigating a meaningful life-path.


Breanna uses a trauma-effective lens in her practice and is sensitive, open and caring while exploring one’s life-experiences and impacts of past trauma. Bre strongly believes that everyone has the capacity for change when they feel trust, compassion and safety. She offers a safe space for her clients to explore as deeply as they desire and she empowers individuals to connect back to their authentic selves.


Bre is genuine in her sessions and offers unconditional, positive regard for each of her clients. She provides a judgement-free space with a strength-based and client-centered approach. Bre remains open-minded and understanding of the evolving mental health field, and is continually educating herself in diverse therapeutic approaches and interventions. Bre will tailor her practice to best meet her client’s individual needs, goals and preferences.


Breanna is an approved provider for First Nations and Inuit Health Branch and private fee for service clients.
